As well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback✦ I do not do commissions for commercial use HOWEVER VTuber related artwork is treated differently. More details are listed in the copyright / usage policy section.✦ I have the right to decline a commission without providing a reason.✦ All of my art is prohibited from being used for blockchain related technology such as cryptocurrency or non fungible tokens (NFTs). My art is prohibited from being input into AI related software.
Payment Informations ✦✶⋆
✦ I accept payment via PayPal invoice only.✦ I require full payment upfront. I will start working on your commission only after I have received the payment.✦ All prices are in EUR and this currency will be used on invoices.✦ If payment is not received within 2 days after the invoice is sent, you will lose your slot and the invoice will be canceled.✦ Prices may change according to amount of detail / complexity of the character.
Process ✦✶⋆
✦ You can DM on Instagram/Twitter or Discord (lychiiz) with the type of commission you want, references of your character and ideas or details you want.✦ If approved, a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email.✦ After payment is received, I will start working on the piece.✦ You will be updated 3 times during the process - at the sketch stage, at the lineart + flat colors stage and when the drawing is done.✦ I will only proceed to the next stage after approval. You can request the biggest changes during the sketch stage. Once I start working on the lineart, only smaller adjustments can be done.✦ After I finish the drawing, no big changes can be made. Only small color adjustments, or adding small details I might have missed.
Copyright / Usage policy ✦✶⋆
✦ As the artist, I retain the right to post the finished piece to social media and promote myself with it unless the commission was negotiated to be kept as private. This includes but is not limited to: posting the finished piece AND work in progress pictures on Twitter and Instagram.✦ You do not have the right to use your commission commercially for any projects involving monetary gain (example: selling art prints, selling stickers, selling charms).✦ You are allowed to use the artwork for Vtuber related promotional materials such as : profile pictures, announcement graphics, starting screens, banners etc.✦ You are not allowed to modify the artwork without my permission (this includes changing colors of the drawing, tracing, taking parts of the commission to use in other drawings).✦ You are allowed to repost your commission done by me as long as visible credit is given e.g. giving a link to my social media or @ tagging me.✦ You are allowed to create merchandise FOR PERSONAL USE of the artwork by me. That means: printing the artwork for your own use, ordering a single acrylic charm or a sticker.
Refunds ✦✶⋆
✦ You may cancel your commission prior to payment. The commission will be cancelled and I won't go forward with the sketch.✦ Full refund will be given only if I haven't started working on the commission yet.✦ If a refund is requested after the work has been started, a partial refund will be given based on how much of the work I have completed.✦ No refunds after the commission is done.✦ Contact me to issue a refund before issuing a PayPal chargeback. Failing to do that will result in being blacklisted.✦ In case I am unable to finish the commission, I will contact you about a refund or any other kind of compensation.
